Welcome to Rashi Verse. By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. Rashi Verse is operated as a personal progressive web application providing life guidance content and tools.
Rashi Verse provides life guidance content including birth chart generation, daily planetary insights, a Rashi (zodiac) tab, palm reading, and a chat-based guidance companion. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content provided by this app.
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use Rashi Verse. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.
You may sign in using Google or Facebook. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All content, design, code, and materials comprising the Rashi Verse service are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any personal data and inputs you provide (such as birth details). We are granted a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service to you. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission.
Rashi Verse integrates with Google OAuth, Facebook Login, and third-party astrology computation libraries. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrology content will be accurate or complete. Astrology content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and carries no guarantee of any outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rashi Verse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of Rashi Verse after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
