Rashi Verse is a life guidance companion progressive web app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service. By using Rashi Verse, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
OAuth account data: When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and your Google or Facebook user ID. We do not receive your password.
Astrology inputs: Birth date, time, and place you enter to generate your chart or daily insights.
Usage analytics: Page views and feature interactions collected within the app to help us understand how the service is used.
Device information: Browser type and operating system, collected automatically to ensure compatibility.
We use your information to provide and personalise astrology content, maintain your account, improve the service based on usage patterns, and send essential service communications (such as account security notices). We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.

You may request the full deletion of your Rashi Verse account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing support@rashiverse.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete. This applies to all data we hold, including OAuth identifiers, birth data, and usage history.
Rashi Verse is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We use browser local storage to store your authentication token, user preferences, and any onboarding draft data. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Your data stays on your device unless explicitly synced to our servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rashi Verse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
